WHAT TO DO TO GET YOUR COVID VACCINE?

First, Check your Eligibility

1. If you live in Delaware or Chester Counties, go to www.chesco.org and click on COVID-19 Update. Follow the prompts until you get to pre-registration; fill out the form, click Submit, or call 610-622-5344 or 484-276-2100
2. If you live in Philadelphia County, go to www.phila.gov and click on ‘Sign up today’ in the middle of the page. Submit the form or call 215-685-5488.
3. If you live in Montgomery County, go to www.montcopa.org/covid.19vaccine and click preregistration. Fill out the form and submit or call 833-875-3967.
4. If you live in Bucks County, go to www.COVID 19 @buckscounty.org. Click on Phase 1A at preregistration at the top of the page and submit or call 215-245-3318.

COVID VACCINE

1. If you do not have access to a computer, or you do not have someone to fill out your registration online, you may call the phone numbers given and someone will register you by phone.
2. There is no timeframe when you will be called to schedule your vaccination. Please be patient after you register.
